She is known for playing Nicole Palmer in the first season of 24, as Isabelle Tyler in The 4400, and as Dr. Tara Price in CSI: Miami. She played the role of Carmen in the feature film Fix. She currently has a recurring role as Amelia Mkali on Raising the Bar. Echikunwoke was born in Spokane, Washington. Despite having been raised on a Navajo Indian Reservation in Chinle, Arizona. She is the daughter of a Nigerian father and a White American mother. She has a brother named Miki and a sister named Misty. Echikunwoke was a series regular in the sci-fi series The 4400, playing the adult version of the mysterious Isabelle Tyler since the beginning of season 3. Echikunwoke left the show in 2007 after her character sacrificed herself. Not long after Echikunwoke left the show, it was dropped by its production company. Echikunwoke has previously starred in the MTV soap opera Spyder Games as Cherish Pardee, a coffee house singer. Other notable characters include her role as Danika in Like Family.
