Mental health promotion and interventions in school environment

Mental health promotion is an important aspect in modern school activity. It means positive emotion and optimal functioning. Furthermore it offers means for individuals to enhance personal abilities to achieve good self-esteem, and for school environments to improve wellbeing and social inclusion. In this book we describe the development process and evaluation of interventions that are focused on a selected group of students and a whole age group.
