Mergers and Acquisitions

This book titled "mergers and acquisitions" a research agenda of X-logistics firm in Sweden. One of the objectives of writing this book is to help young academicians and future practitioners in this field of management to understand the importance of mergers and acquisitions without looking at it from negative perspective. Research has proved that, about 60 percent of mergers and acquisitions outcome becomes unsuccessful. Based on this, the author of this paper recommends practitioners and academicians in this field of study to always think of the future of their organizations first when making mergers and acquisitions decisions as self and parochial interest can jeopardize organizational goal and objectives.
