Prof. (Dr.) Kisalaya Chakrabarti arbeitet derzeit in der Abteilung für Elektronik und Kommunikationstechnik am Haldia Institute of Technology, Indien. Er hat an der Universität Tsukuba, Japan, promoviert und verfügt über zwei Postdoc-Erfahrungen aus Japan. Sein Forschungsinteresse liegt auf dem Gebiet der optischen Kommunikation.
