The book illustrates Sustainable organization (SO) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) concepts and adoption. Currently the field of SO & CSR are swarmed with proliferation of theories, approaches, misinterpretation and various definitions. Consequently, the field of sustainable organization and CSR is highly contested and keeps evolving. Thus, this book tries to clarify and simplify what is meant by sustainable organization and CSR course of action in a sustainable organization through a len of metaphors. This book is equipped with a metaphoric toolkit consisting of the drama stage metaphor, insects' metaphors, and the drupe metaphor illustrating Sustainable organization and Corporate Social Responsibility in a more simplified manner using the Case-study of IKEA.
