Metaphysical Bible Interpretation: Can It Change Our World?

People have been interpreting the Bible since its inception. The proponents of traditional religion have tended to be rather literal and judgemental in their interpretations of the Biblical material. However, it is possible to look at this spiritual treasure through a new pair of glasses; a symbolic or metaphysical interpretation of Biblical stories opens up an entirely new vista for each person who endeavors to interpret the material in this light. This makes the Bible stories personal and relevant to the life of each individual, rather than having simply a generic one-size-fits-all interpretation for the general public. Anyone can learn to interpret the Bible metaphysically, and it is the author's goal to inspire many different people to re-experience the Bible stories in this way as meaningful to their own spiritual search.
