Since 2000, dry pyridine is used in the reactions in our institute. Dry pyridine play important role in the various reactions, the percentage of water affecting the reaction accordingly and form various byproduct it affect the molecular weight of the final product, and its physical and chemical properties . The attained was made to avoid self-polymerization of amino group of the reactant using dry pyridine and dry salt of PABA so the percent water content very much is important in the reactants.
