Methodology for developing professional and pedagogical competence

Most of the currently existing digital educational resources (learning materials) have been created without connection with the existing educational standards, curricula and pedagogical practice, without taking into account the needs of the school and the teacher. New generation learning materials are designed to stimulate independent learning activity of the student by changing the nature of his/her work; changing the position and nature of the teacher's activity. Those learning materials designed by the teacher motivate them to use modern teaching methods and educational technologies that fundamentally change the educational environment, to actively use information and communication technologies in the learning process. New generation learning materials provide the opportunity to use various forms of learning activities in the classroom and at home. Working with the new-generation learning materials, students have the opportunity to design their own learning path that is adequate to their level of knowledge, skills and attitudes and takes into account their professional preferences and motivation.
