MIDFACE BONE FRACTURES

The monograph presents modern aspects of diagnostics and the planning of surgical treatment of traumas of the zygomatic-orbital complex. The traumatic injuries of the zygomatic-orbital complex are characterized. Clinical manifestations and diagnostic principles of fractures of the zygomatic-orbital complex are evaluated. Special attention is paid to the methods of surgical treatment of the zygomatic-orbital complex and injuries to the lower wall of the orbit. The authors have developed a method of individual computer modeling and surgical intervention on the basis of the selection of the modeled individual implant at fractures of the zygomatic-orbital complex, and its efficiency is shown.The monograph is intended for practical use for doctors - maxillofacial surgeons and ophthalmologists.
