Migration Fluxes and Regulations

The issue of migration raises a seriously debatable question that has inspired scholars to offer diverse evaluations regarding the effectiveness of international plans and regulations. Such as raising questions on the impact of plans and regulations on global migration, how we conceive the efficiency of these global migration fluxes and regulations, and whether these strategies are effective. Many scholars have engaged in in-depth discussions and critically debated this immigration issue, examining the immediate impacts and aftermaths, as well as theoretical and practical justifications, civic opinion discussions, the objectivity of such regulations, implementation outcomes, and the expectations of policymakers and the public majority in assessing the results of immigration regulations. Hence, the argument is grounded in the insufficiency of pragmatic evidence on the effects of migration regulations and plans.
