RCC is the most common renal neoplasm with increasing incidence in the last few years. The last decade has brought-dramatic changes in understanding of localized renal tumors. Due to the fast improvement in the obtained imaging modalities of computed tomography (CT), ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Now there are recent modalities for management of localized renal tumors either surgically or ablative mehtods. At present, surgery focuses on minimizing postoperative morbidity and scaring and Laparoscopic (conventional, rebotic-assited and hand-assisted) partial nephrectomy is one of the recent trend for treatment of localized renal tumors, have markedly reduced the invasiveness compared with conventional open suegery. laparoendoscopic sigle site (LESS) is part of natural development of minimally invasive surgery by combining working trocar sites and the eventual extraction site into a single location, further limits the invasiveness of laparoscopy and may enhance advantages associated with traditional laparoscopy.
