Minimizing Cost of Dynamic Migration of Content and Load Balancing

Optimal migration of a content distribution service to a hybrid cloud consisting of a private cloud and public geo-distributed cloud services. We used generic optimization framework based on Lyapunov optimization theory, and proposed a dynamic control algorithm for content placement.Myopic algorithm, which minimizes the operational cost of the application with quality of guarantees.We providing security using cipher text policy algorithm
