MinK: An Integrated Individual Knowledge Assessment Framework

In today's knowledge economy, success of organisations depends on their ability to develop resilient knowledge management strategies to leverage and exploit knowledge assets and achieve competitive advantage. However, knowledge is intrinsically linked to individuals and their exclusive abilities to create, share, and apply knowledge creating value for companies. As once said, "If you can't measure it, you can't manage it," this book introduces MinK, a new framework for assessment of individual knowledge in organisational settings. The model measures individual knowledge using a theoretically-grounded and industry-validated multi-dimensional scorecard.
