He is currently the president of FRF's Technical Commission and director of Football Federation's Coaching School. R dulescu was born in Bucharest and played 300 professional football matches. He was a member of Rapid Bucure ti at junior level and after that he joined FC Sportul Studen esc Bucure ti, being part of the great team that promoted in 1971 72 to Divizia A. He spend his entire career with Sportul.
