miRNA in Cancer Pathology. 2nd Edition

MicroRNAs constitute a large family of approximately 21-nucleotide-long, noncoding RNAs. They emerged more than 20 years ago as key post transcriptional regulators of gene expression. This book provides the basic principles of miRNAs in development of diseases. In this book, the possibility of miRNAs on the clinical application for diagnosis and therapy of diseases is reviewed and discussed. As mentioned, miRNA regulates the inflammation of the vascular system.
