Missing Part Analysis-Optimization of the Material Availability

The objective target of this thesis is divided into
four points. The
first point is the analysis of the missing parts. In
this chapter the
parts are defined by the kind of their lack and
divided into the three
topics: Quantity, Schedule and Quality.

The second point is about the methods and systems on
the market,
which are used to solve the problem of material
availability and
missing parts. These systems will be described and
afterwards the
best solution will be determined with the help of a
Value Benefit
Analyse.

In the third point the chosen alternative will be
developed and
changed into a solution, which fits the situation ideal.

In the fourth point the concept will be implemented
and introduced
to the employees. Furthermore it will be looked if
there were first
achievements of the concept

Geboren 1975 in Kösching.Nach der Ausbildung zum Bankkaufmann erlangte er dieHochschulreife an der Fachhochschule Ingolstadt. Danach begann er das Studium zum Wirtschaftsingenieur an der FH Neu-Ulm/Hochschule Ulm, welches er erfolgreich abschloss. Er ist heute als Prozessoptimierer und Wirtschaftsingenieur tätig.
