Mitigating Climate Change Effects Using Eco-friendly Wood preservative

Wood is one of the oldest building materials and if managed on sustained yields basis is a renewable resources. It could have been used in other sectors of the economy. The country's dependency on the imported wood preservatives attracts huge sums of foreign exchange, bearing in mind, it would enable the country to save much needed foreign exchange, thereby improving the national economy, which of course will reduce the demand of frequent felling of trees.
