Mixed Ligand Metal Organic Frameworks for Drugs Carriers

This work described the synthesis of mixed ligand MOFs and the application for drug carrier. It was found that the best mixed ligang MOFs can be obtained through adjust the ratio of different ligand. proof-of-principle mixed ligand MOFs as the drug carrier for the delivery of DOX and IBU.The design of MOFs-based drug carrier and the new findings on the mixed ligand MOFs offer a unique strategy for the development of new porous MOFs for the practical bio-applications.

Dr.Ling Li obtained her Ph.D in 2009 at Hubei University, and worked as a postdoctoral at Wuhan University for 2 years. She worked at Queensland University in 2015 as a visiting scholar. Her research was focused on the application of composites of MOFs, and published 50 articles in kinds of research journals.
