Web and mobile applications have played significant roles in our society by providing applications and information via the cloud. Web and mobile applications have aided communication in our advanced society. The implementation of web and mobile applications has ensured quick access to information. This book discusses the advantages that can be derived from the implementation of web and mobile applications in the operations of a higher institution. It looks into the impact as well as the adoption rate of these applications if implemented. It also identifies the technologies that will be needed for the implementation of the web and mobile applications. It goes further to look at the policies that can be implemented before the adoption of the web and mobile applications. Recommendations were made at the close of this book for future researchers for a successful implementation of web and mobile applications in higher institutions.
