The development of mobile money has provided a glimpse of hope for the excluded. Mobile money is seen as a solution that can bypass poor banking infrastructure and geographical isolation, and can offer low-cost distribution of financial services via the cell phone network. Moreover, the surge and near-universal use of cell phones and the large number of airtime dispensers that can serve as mobile money access points, a cost-effective financial access solution (Sephooko, 2016) The objective of this study is to measure the level of financial inclusion induced by mobile money in the city of Bukavu. The objective of this study is to measure the level of financial inclusion induced by mobile money in the city of Bukavu. The problematic therefore consists in determining the explanatory factors of financial inclusion in the city of Bukavu, then measuring financial inclusion due to mobile money and finally presenting the policies to be put in place to improve the contribution of mobile money to financial inclusion in the city of Bukavu.Thus the investigations of the present study were carried out on a sample of 266 users of the mobile money service.
