Mobilizing resources to sterilize DR Congo

This practical guide supports and encourages a new, creative approach to resource mobilization for the country and its representations, and can be used by organizations with different levels of skills and experience. The first part describes the three major concepts that set up the resource mobilization framework: organizational development and the various coordinations of development projects, management, communication, the search for potential donors, and the development of partnership relations.The second part is divided into different sections, each of which presents a stage in the resource mobilization process in gradual detail. Country representations and embassies are dynamic systems, and must constantly adapt. Gone are the days when funds came from a single source. All countries, public or private companies, governmental or non-profit organizations, including national development offices, need tools, techniques and strategies.
