Model of educational management to improve managerial leadership.

A leader is a person who fosters an environment devoid of threats and who contributes with his attitudes to create a healthy and safe environment, which is why there is a need for leaders with a shared vision. For the exposed thing the investigation was carried out whose purpose was to design a model educational management to improve the directive leadership of the Educational Institution Carlos Augusto Salaverry Province of Sullana 2020, the same one that was carried out applying as instrument a questionnaire that consisted of 4 dimensions and 24 questions, the investigation was of applied type, under the quantitative approach and resorted to a non-experimental design of descriptive/propositive transactional type with a sample of 30 teachers. Reliability was also considered through the McDonald's Omega coefficient which was 0.994.
