MODEL STRATEGIC PLANNING FOR CHURCH GROWTH

Over the years business organizations and not-for-profit organizations have enjoyed the importance of strategic planning. Formal planning has assisted to assemble and inspire organizations in the achievement of their goals and objectives. However, churches, especially in Africa, have not embraced formal planning to reap the benefits for the growth of the church. The book provided step by step detailed process for strategically planning for the growth of churches. The book provides the biblical and theological basis for strategic planning emphasize the fact that the churches planted by the disciples must have had some kind of plan and organization leaders of churches must have a deliberate plan for growth. The book discusses factors and principles which are to be adopted by churches for growth. The book further has a model Strategic Plan for growing churches which can be adopted with modifications for use.
