The study of hospital readmissions factors affecting readmission is of great attention today among National Health Service (NHS) across UK and worldwide. High level of patient s readmission to a NHS is generally linked to poor patient care and hampers the reputation of the trust. Hence, the study of readmission and its importance as a performance indicator is credible. This book met its aim of studying and modelling hospital readmissions through a rigorous study of appropriate literature and implementation of practical research and models used in the past in the area of hospital study.
