Models of analysing a business's financial equilibrium

This paper comprises more studies of the author elaborated during the past years as a result of he's research and didactic activity. Most of the studies were previously presented during scientific conferences, some of them being published separately in various publications or collective papers. Considering that a synthesis of some instruments and methods of analyzing the financial equilibrium of a business would be extremely useful for a wide range of persons interested in this field, be they practitioners, entrepreneurs or economic and financial analysts, I have gathered a part of my work and experience in this paper.
