Teacher can provide educate environment to enhance the modernization of students Keeping in mind the level of modernization, teacher can direct them in proper channels This study is important from the counselling point of view the counsellor will have deeper insight into the relationship between personality and modernization. This will help the students to adjust in school as well as home according to level of modernization This finding of study will help the teachers to understand various factors, which affect adjustment pattern of adolescents This study is also important and helpful to school principles and administers to understand the adolescents in healthy way
