Modified Lateral Instrumentation and Sealing Technique

In the present work, a technique for instrumentation and obturation in endodontics is developed that makes it easier for the professional to achieve the desired success. This technique was introduced by Dr. Daniel Silva Herzog in the 1970s in Mexico. It has been taught and practised both in university classrooms and in private practice with very satisfactory results. This technique, despite having been applied for so many years, is now duly explained and illustrated in this document.
