Molecular Detection of MBLs Pseudomonas aeruginosa in Erbil Hospitals

This work focuses on the identifies the phenotypic & genotypic characterisation of the MBLs producing Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates from clinical samples in several Erbil Hospitals and their encoding resistant genes on both plasmid and chromosome of the bacteria under study. This book provides useful information about the clinical features of P. aeruginosa isolates and their examination process in the laboratory and how to detection of genes encoding for multi-drug-resistance and MBLs in plasmid and chromosome. Also, provide useful information to undergraduate students as well as postgraduate students in the field of medical microbiology and molecular biology.
