Monetary Economics, Banks and Other Financial Institutions
Details
Humans generally find it difficult to carry out activities without the help of others both indirectly and directly, as well as performing activities to fulfill their needs, especially the economic ones. Economic needs include the requirements for clothing, boards and food where these can be met through industrial activities, trade, service activities and others. Above these, there is an initial need for good working capital. Capital is obtained through educational media. Capital obtained from loans is received from non-financial institutions that are required to carry out activities in the financial sector, where the institution who can repay the loan is a bank. It can be concluded that banks are financial institutions which are important structures of public funds that channel them back to the community.
