This monograph considers the main problems associated with the treatment of industrial water generated by mining and processing of minerals, gives a brief characterization of the main methods of treatment of Navoi mining and processing industrial water, shows the need to develop environmentally and economically effective water protection measures. The results of complex hydrochemical monitoring of water bodies in the impact zone of Navoi mining and processing plant are presented.The monograph outlines and establishes, on the basis of long-term field observations of surface water conditions, the regularities of formation of technogenic hydrochemical flows in the area of impact of the waste storage of mining ores "Navoi Mining and Processing Plant", allowing to determine the spectrum of the main pollutants. Research on original methods of transformation processes of composition and properties of natural and waste water, waste enrichment, which allow to identify the source of abnormally high concentrations of manganese (II) in surface waters of Navoi district.
