Respect for the European Union is a fundamental strategic step while the problem of institutional regulation and reform the field of supervision, are a known fact. A sound and careful macroeconomic analysis should start from understanding micro-analyzes as an integral part of the whole methodological framework for risk monitoring, in other words the risk present for lending activity. Credit scoring is an instrument that increase the access (all the persons that are out banking system) .It is important that this new entrieshave a high important in financial inclusion. These models are especially useful in lending situations where the lender must manage a large volume of credit assessments for loan amounts that are relatively low and generally for retail credit for individuals and small businesses.
