Moore's Law Alive: Gate-All-Around (GAA) Next Generation Transistor

This book introduces fundamentals of Gate-All-Around (GAA) FET. The basic structure of GAA and the behavior with the various applications of GAA are also defined in this book. In section2, Realization of GAA as a circuit implementation as well as corresponding behavior are explicated while ballistic limit is expounded in section 3 and 4.In section 5, application parts of GAA are introduced. Also, LNA and Universal logic gate as an application of GAA are described.

He received Ph.D in Thapar University,Patiala, Punjab,India. Currently he is an Associate Professor in ITM University,Gwalior,M.P.,India.He is a Life Member of IETE,ISOI,ISTE.His research interests are VLSI Design,Low Power Design and he has published more than One Hundred research articles in International Journals and IEEE conferences.
