MORALE, QUALITY, BEHAVIOR AND PATH

This article attempts to describe and examine more closely the moral element affecting the teaching profession and the teaching environment, from the perspective of enhancing the teaching profession. The moral dimension, inherent to the teaching profession, was identified as a key area to examine in order to enhance the quality of teaching, make all players in the school environment more accountable and, consequently, better fulfill the school's mission.
