Mortality during tuberculosis treatment in the DRC

This book is a study carried out in Kisangani, Democratic Republic of Congo.Studies carried out before ours have shown increased mortality during tuberculosis treatment, especially in the intensive phase of treatment.The aim of our study was to determine the case-fatality rate for tuberculosis in the city of Kisangani, and to identify the factors associated with this case-fatality.
