Motivation is a scientific approach which gears the course of human development. It means a scientific force of gratification. It drives the course of satisfaction and perfection. Motivation being a scientific approach helps to energize the human behavior. It moralizes and actualizes the behavior. It is a force through which we can see the behavior and character of all beings. It develops the configuration of self-sufficiency, self-efficiency, self-efficacy, self-realization, self-actualization, autonomy, perfection, perception, affection, morality, stability, reliability, durability, mastery, satisfaction, gratification, acceptance, awareness, aliveness, richness, softness, fairness, worthiness, uniqueness, freshness, greatness, effectiveness and recognition of human behavior. The man knows that he wants or tends to choose the best or evil things for himself or for the others, so he wants to learn, to get, to know and to analyze the best or worst things for himself or for the others. The force that compels to activate is called scientific approach.
