Motivation and Performance of Women Entrepreneurs in Western Cape: SA

Socialization of women has always been to be nurturers of their families. In the modern day, that trend is changing. Governments are more supportive of women in business activities.More and more women are succeeding in entrepreneuship activities, however too many are failing. It is suspected that this could be due to the dual roles that they play in both their families and businesses. The conflicting decision making process could be forcing them to favor one role over the other; or are they able to make this balance?
