Motivation of Students of Spiritual Educational Institutions in the Republic of Belarus

At the present time the problem of training of personnel of the Russian Orthodox Church is becoming increasingly important, since modern society places high demands on graduates of spiritual educational institutions, among which an important place belongs to spirituality, social activity and creativity. The process of improving the training of future clergy in the conditions of modern religious education is quite complex and is caused by many factors. One such factor is the adequacy of the motivational sphere of educational activity of future clergy to the goals and objectives of the educational system in the theological schools. In this book the problem is considered and modern psychological methods are given, allowing to investigate the inner world and religious motivation of future pastors.
