The study, "Motivation and Productivity of Female Journalists in Harvest FM, Makurdi, Nigeria", was set to examine the influence of organizational motivation on the productivity among female journalists in Harvest FM, Makurdi, Nigeria. The study employed survey research design and data was collected using the questionnaire. Based on research findings, this study concluded that female journalist at Harvest FM, Makurdi were kind of motivated and motivational strategies as used by Harvest FM to stimulating female journalists' productivity were increased salary and incentives, staff training and personal development, staff promotion and job security and friendly working environment. It recommended among other things that Harvest FM manager should develop and implement a payment policy to attract sufficient and suitable employees, retain employees and reward employee's effort, loyalty, experience and achievement.
