Multi-Disciplinary Perspectives in Thought Leadership is not about just one type of tools about leadership, it is about a plethora of tools, skills, knowledge, and research that all eight authors of this book presented in our 2022 Summit for American National University. As professionals in the field, it is imperative that researchers and academicians continue their professional development. This book provides how to publish your thoughts in a virtual world. We review topics like thought leadership and how to become future ready through practicing emotional intelligence. Additionally, we review how to be a practical entrepreneur, servant leaders, and most importantly to give back within our community to be mentors. The year 2022 is the year to empower each other while learning new ways to engage our students and faculty alike. We aimed to be creative and impactful within our community.
