Multi objective optimization and decision making

The industries are constantly striving for lower cost solutions with reduced lead time and better quality in order to maintain their competitiveness. In the context of machining of PEEK composites, finding process parameters that optimize surface roughness and cutting force criteria is an important task towards enhancing efficiency of this fabrication process. Among the methods that were widely used to conduct and analyze experiments in order to optimize industrial processes,This book aims to provide research and review studies on multi-objective optimization, technology and management. This book can be used for final undergraduate engineering courses (mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, materials, etc.) or as a subject on machining at the postgraduate level. Issam Hanafi is currently a Professor at Ecole Nationale des Sciences Appliquées d'Al Hoceima (ENSAH),Morocco. He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Abdelmalek Essaâdi, Morocco. His graduate degrees include a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Faculty of Sciences and Techniques of Tangier, Morocco.
