Multiobjective Enhancement of Topology Knowledge in Ad hoc Network

Improvement of Topology advertisement in proactive routing constitutes a very challenging issue, in order to exploit the effectiveness in topology knowledge of nodes and to reduce the control traffic overhead of proactive routing. While broadcasting schemas is the achievement key of this improvement, in this book the author chosed to enhance the broadcasting techniques that are based on neighbor knowledge by the use of Multi point relaying techniques that is the base of topology advertisement in proactive routing schema, for that reason a Multi objective enhancement of the process of selecting the aforementioned forwarders represents fundamental pre-requisites. Contributors to this volume include experts that have been active in Ad hoc Network research and have published in the premier conferences and journals in this subject area.
