Multivariate Data Analysis in Animal Production

Data base and analysis for animal improvement, assisting selection programmes in beef and dairy cattle, so that economically important traits can be improved with each generation, with better average performances for traits such as age at first calving, calving interval, reproductive efficiency, and milk production. Such data analysis can better guide selection criteria.

He holds a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ) in 2009, a Master's degree in Animal Science from the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro in 2011, and a PhD in Animal Science from the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro in 2016. He works in the areas of ruminant production, reproduction, and nutrition.
