Municipal management and labor performance in the district of Tres Unidos

The present research work has been developed with the following theme: Municipal management and labor performance in the district of Tres Unidos, Picota - 2021. With a quantitative approach, of basic type, with a non-experimental design, but with a descriptive correlational and cross-sectional level. Its population and sample consisted of a total of 31 workers to whom the respective instrument (questionnaire) was applied. Regarding the results, it was found that the level of municipal management is bad with 65%, 29% regular and 6% good. It was concluded that, through Pearson, it was evidenced that there is a bilateral significance (p= 0.000 < 0.01), thus rejecting Ho and accepting Hi. Likewise, it was found that there is a correlation of 0.854 between municipal management and labor performance in the district of Tres Unidos, Picota - 2021, which means that the correlation between the two is highly positive and, according to the scatter point diagram, a dependence of 73% was obtained between the two research variables.
