It is hoped that the fundamental and experimental work described in this book could help students, researchers and innovators, and provides a step forward in the methodologies AFM, TEM and PCS by providing valuable information in Bionanotechnology field to aid a better design and characteristics of nonviral gene delivery bio systems for gene therapy applications. the current research through the acquisition of novel experiment structural data will contribute to theoretical models being developed at different counter research institutes that may be used to allow ab-initio design of highly efficient transfection vector.
