With the increasing demand for high speed, high reliability, low energy and high durability of mobile communication system and its network components, use of nanotechnology for the design of future mobile communication system is highly desirable. Advancements in nanotechnology and nanomaterials make it possible to apply nanotechnology for various parts of the mobile system, opening up ways to achieve significant improvements in performance and functionalities. This book presents the system architecture and design approaches for future mobile communication system, using nanotechnology. Investigation of innovations in the nanotechnology and nanoelectronics device technologies that are applicable to the mobile communication system is presented.

She holds PhD from the Indian Institute of Science; BE and ME degrees in Electronics from UVCE,Bangalore, India.
