This book assesses the impact of the National Poverty Eradication Programme (NAPEP) on the development of the Federal Republic of Nigeria from 2001 2006 with a special bias on the Benue State of Nigeria. Holds Bachelors Degree in Public Administration and MSc in Public Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and Benue State University, Makurdi, Nigeria respectively. He teaches Theories of Administration and Management, Community Development and Human Resources Management at the Federal Polytechnic, Kaura-Namoda, Zamfara State, Nigeria.
