Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. Nausherwani is a Baloch tribe in Balochistan, Pakistan. Like many other tribes in Pakistan, the Nausherwanis also have a Persian origin, claiming a descent from legendary Persian King Nausherwan-e-Adil (Nausherwan, The Just). Most Nausherwanis were Zoroastrians before conversion to Islam. Within Baluchistan, Nausherwanis are divided into two sub tribes:first the Nawabs of Kharan, and second the sardars of Kholwa in Awaran district. "Maun" Clan of "Jatt" caste claim a descent from legendary Persian King Nausherwan-e-Adil also have a book which shows their connection with Him. Most of the Clan is in Lahore with few in Qatalpur in Khanewal District.
