Ashraf Ragab was born 1983 in Alexandria(EGY). In 2002 he moved to Germany to study Maritime Sciences in Nautical Department Elsfleth/Germany. He got his diploma in 2009. Due his arabic background and his nautical skills he was able to produce a simple version for "Suez Canal rules of navigation and and passage procedures".
