Autorentext

I earned my bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at National Defense University and my master's degree in Industrial Education at National Kaohsiung Normal University in Taiwan. I was awarded a Ph.D. in adult education from the University of Georgia in the US in 2011.I served in Taiwan Navy for 18 years and retired at the rank of Commander.
