Neuropsychology of Central Auditory Processing Syndrome

Central Auditory Processing Syndrome (CAPS) is a disorder with a prevalence of 2-7%. It manifests itself in subjects who, despite having a normal level of hearing, show difficulties in adequately processing what they hear. The aim is to offer a frame of reference for the syndrome from a Neuropsychological perspective, with assessment and treatment instruments for professionals.
